GEMEN 8   Unit main party moved to GEMEN (MR A.3963) to harbour under canvas pending calling forward.
SULINGEN 13   Unit recce party moved to SULINGEN (MR W.7255) and a site was selected for a tented FDS, with messes, cookhouse, and M.I. Room in rooms of farmhouses (see plan at Appx A) Function is to screen 84 Gen Hosp.
14   Unit advance party arrived in SULINGEN.
15   Main party arrived. Open for patients from 1200 hrs.
16   First patients at 0200 hrs. Unit transport collected German Med Equpt, for transfer to 11 Adv Depot of Med Stores on following day.
27   Conference at Rear HQ Second Army, on Medical arrangements for Elbe crossing – assistance to be given to 8 Corps.
LUNEBURG 28   Unit recce party to LUNEBURG (MR S.7921) to find a site. Found a Medical concentration area in the Scharnhorst Barracks, South of LUNEBURG.
LUNEBURG 28   Arranged for unit to harbour pending further instructions. Conference with D.D.M.S. 8 Corps.
