5   1 FF Yeo, 22 Dgns, ceased to be under comd for ops. Brig G.S. Knight resumed comd of the fmn on return from Ieave.
6   B Sqn W Dgns, A Sqn 141 RAC and 222 Aslt Sgn RE placed in Army res. Only tps now committed C Sqn 141 RAC and C Sqn W Dgns.
7   Knightforce, assembled for the def of HELMOND, was disbanded. Op Instr No. 17 issued Op Instr No. 18 issued
8   Lt.Col. D.J.E. O’Flynn appointed CO 141 RAC.
9   Col. H.D. Drew OBE, MC, joined this fmn as 2 IC. This HQ instructed to co-ordinate PAD and ARP Services of HELMONDE.
10   Lt.Col. D.J.E. O'Flynn joined 141 RAC as CO.
11   Div Advisors: 15 (S) Div, Lt.CoI. W.Y.K. Blair-Oliphant. 11 Armd Div, Lt.Col. J.F.D. Savage. Op Instr No. 19 issued
12   Tac HQ moved to area BEEK consisting of Col. H.D. Drew, G.III, SO and 1 LO as Advisers to HQ 30 Corps.
24   Op lnstr No. 20 issued
WEERT 30   This fmn relieved 30 Armd Bde who were advising 12 Corps. HQ moved to WEERT.
